Booking & Practical Information
- The Reservation Service is available every day, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Paris time.
- Deposit required: to allow us to definitively register your reservation, We deduct 30% of the total cost of the stay, the refund conditions of which are specified below:

- Credit cards: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard.
- Arrivals and Departures:
- On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 4:00 PM.
- On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated at 10:00 sharp.
- Various extras and supplements not included in the rates, such as local tourist taxes, wine cellar, bar, telephone, laundry, beauty treatments, massages and body treatments, etc., must be paid on site, in addition, on the day of departure.
- Buffet breakfast is offered at a price of €16.00 including VAT per person per day.
- Prices are net prices including VAT (legal tourist tax not included, amounting to €1.17 per person per day), given subject to price changes due to new taxes, and possible changes in opening dates and seasons that may occur.
Services
- Treatments at the Thermal Spa:We kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible to book your individual treatments and relaxation packages. Without prior booking, we cannot guarantee treatment availability, especially during weekends and long weekends. The spa is located approximately 2 kilometers from the hotel. Treatment cancellation policy: all booked treatments will be charged in full unless canceled or modified at least 48 hours before the scheduled treatment date.
- Babies and Children: Babies under 2 years old stay free of charge in their parents' room. For children up to 12 years old, an extra bed can be added to our rooms for €20 per day.
- Favorite animals: Small, well-behaved dogsPets are welcome in your room (supplement of €8/night). If you plan to bring your small pet, please let us know.
- The heated swimming pool: It is open to the public during the day from May to September.
- WIFI : Free WIFI access is available in all accommodations as well as in common areas.
Miscellaneous
- In accordance with the new law, applicable in France since January 1, 2008, and for the comfort of our customers, all our lounges, restaurants, as well as our rooms and suites are non-smoking.
- Management declines all responsibility in case of theft or loss of personal belongings, anywhere on our property.
- Our company declines all responsibility for any damage, of any kind whatsoever, that may occur to your vehicle, parked in one of the car parks.
- Telephone solicitation: the customer is informed of their right to register on the telephone solicitation opt-out list on the website www.bloctel.gouv.fr .
- We accept: Cheques, cash, holiday vouchers, e-holiday vouchers, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD and VISA credit cards.
