Reservation & Practical Information
- The Reservation Service is provided every day, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Paris time.
- Guarantee deposit: to allow us to definitively register your reservation, we charge 30% of the total amount of the stay, the reimbursement conditions of which are specified below:

- Credit cards: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard.
- Arrivals and Departures:
- On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 4:00 p.m.
- On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated at 10 a.m. sharp.
- Miscellaneous extras and supplements ,not included in the rates, such as local tourist taxes, cellar, bar, telephone, laundry, beauty treatments, massages and massages, etc. must be paid locally, in addition, on the day of departure.
- Breakfast is offered at the rate of €15.00 including tax per person and per day.
- Prices Net prices including VAT (legal tourist taxes in addition, worth €1.17 per person and per day), given subject to price changes, due to new taxes, and possible changes, in the opening dates and seasons, which could intervene.
Services
- Treatments at the Thermal Spa:
We thank you for also contacting us as soon as possible to reserve your individual treatments and your relaxation formulas. Without prior reservation, we cannot guarantee the availability of treatments, especially during weekends and long weekends. The Spa is located approximately 2 kilometers from the hotel.
Treatment cancellation conditions:any treatment reserved will be invoiced in full, unless canceled or modified within 48 hours before the date of the treatment. - Babies and Children:
Babies under 2 years old are accommodated free of charge in the parents' room. For children up to 12 years old, possibility of installing an extra bed in our rooms at the price of 17 € per day. - Favorite animals: Small ""Well behaved"" dogs are welcome in your room (supplement of 7 €/Night), if you plan to bring your small animal, please let us know.
- The heated swimming pool: It is freely accessible during the day from May to September.
- WIFI : WIFI access is available free of charge in all accommodation as well as in the outbuildings.
Various
- Under the new law, applicable in France since the 1stJanuary 2008, and for the comfort of our customers, all our lounges, restaurants, but also our rooms and suites are non-smoking.
- The Management declines all responsibility in the event of theft or loss of personal items, anywhere in our area.
- Our Company declines all responsibility in the event of damage, of any order whatsoever, which may occur on your vehicle, parked in one of the car parks.
- Telephone canvassing: the customer is informed of his right to register on the list of opposition to telephone canvassing on the site www.bloctel.gouv.fr .
- We accept: Checks, cash, holiday vouchers, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD and VISA credit cards.
