Reservation & Practical Information
- The Reservation Service is available every day, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Paris time.
- Deposit: to allow us to definitively register your reservation, we charge 30% of the total amount of the stay, the reimbursement conditions of which are specified below:

- Credit Cards: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard.
- Arrivals and Departures:
- On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 4:00 p.m.
- On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. sharp.
- Miscellaneous extras and supplements , not included in the rates, such as local tourist taxes, cellar, bar, telephone, laundry, beauty treatments, massages and body treatments, etc. must be paid on site, in addition, on the day of departure.
- The buffet breakfast is offered at a price of €15.00 including tax per person per day.
- Prices Net prices including all taxes (legal tourist taxes in addition, worth €1.17 per person per day), given subject to price changes, due to new taxes, and possible changes in opening dates and seasons, which may occur.
Services
- Treatments at the Thermal Spa:
Please also contact us as soon as possible to book your individual treatments and relaxation packages. Without prior reservation, we cannot guarantee treatment availability, especially during weekends and long weekends. The spa is located approximately 2 kilometers from the hotel.
Cancellation conditions for treatments: all treatments booked will be billed in full, unless cancelled or modified within 48 hours before the treatment date. - Babies and Children:
Babies under 2 years old stay free of charge in their parents' room. For children up to 12 years old, an extra bed can be added to our rooms for €17 per day. - Favorite Pets: Well-Behaved Small Dogs» are welcome in your Room (supplement of 7€/Night), if you plan to bring your small animal, please let us know.
- The heated swimming pool: It is freely accessible during the day from May to September.
- WIFI : Free WIFI access is available in all accommodations and in the common areas.
Miscellaneous
- As part of the new law, applicable in France since January 1, 2008, and for the comfort of our customers, all our lounges, restaurants, as well as our rooms and suites are non-smoking.
- Management declines all responsibility in the event of theft or loss of personal belongings, anywhere within our domain.
- Our Company declines all responsibility in the event of damage, of any kind, which may occur to your vehicle, parked in one of the car parks.
- Telephone canvassing: the customer is informed of their right to register on the telephone canvassing opt-out list on the website www.bloctel.gouv.fr .
- We accept: Checks, cash, holiday vouchers, e-holiday vouchers, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD and VISA credit cards.
